Bóreas is the black-winged personification of the cold north wind as well as the god of winter. He is characterized as being a very strong God with a violent temper to match and is usually depicted with winged human feet.
Boreas was said to have fathered twelve colts after taking the form of a stallion to the mares of Erichthonius, King of Dardania. The horses born from these couplings were the swiftest and finest of their kind and were said to be able to run across a field of grain without trampling the plants.

Bóreas was born out of the conviction, desire and initiative of its founder to design, develop and produce the ultimate set of supercars. An entrepreneur at heart, he used his experience, intellectual capacity and knowhow acquired during 10 years of global research, development and execution to combine and concentrate it into The Boreas. Projects undertaken by the founder under the umbrella of The Borea’s parent company, DSD Design & Motorsport, allowed for being fully equity financed. The latter was paramount, as the project underwent innumerable iterations to develop proprietary and patented technologies, yielding superior performance levels compared to other Supercars and eventually reaching, or even surpassing, its racing & competition peers. The Boreas blends, unconventional and avant-garde materials, such as carbon fibre and titanium alloys prompting radical weight reduction and visionary outperformance with luxurious and meticulously handcrafted artisan parts as well as unparalleled highest technological achievements in the areas of propulsion systems, safety and comfort.
